To ensure your results reflect your resting baseline, please follow these guidelines strictly.
No smoking, heavy meals, or caffeine for 4 hours before your test.
Stop your 'rescue' inhaler 6 hours before, and 'preventer' inhaler 12-24 hours before (ask our staff for specifics).
Avoid heavy exercise 30 minutes prior. Wear loose clothing—restrictive belts or vests can artifact results.
